Shimna Integrated College – The Principal and staff of the Shimna Intergrated College and especially Robbie Mulholland (Buildings Manager) who looked after us so well from day one back in April.

Camp Site  – The Donaldson family (especially Roy)  for the use of the field with the fantastic views.

Farmers & Landowners –  A general word of thanks to the farmers and landowners of the Eastern Mournes for their continued indulgence of our event.

Sponsors –  Jackson Sports  – Once again Dion Jackson not only offered a generous prize pot but also joined us at 6am on Saturday morning in Tollymore in order to supply the pre-booked gas canisters and any other last minute necessities.

Lagan Valley Orienteers – For the use of their MOO (Mobile Orienteering Office) which was a great addition to our facilities  – once we got it up the bumpy lane.

Forestry NI and NI Water for providing access to Donard Forest Park and the Silent Valley and Ben Crom Reservoir areas.

Timing Kit  – The SPORTident timing system used in the event was generously loaned to us by NIMRA (Northern Ireland Mountain Running Association) and hired from SPORTident UK. I think everyone would agree that this technology is a great feature of the event providing timing detail for teams to pore over at the finish of each stage and for post race analysis. It also greatly enhances safety through accurate and timely information for marshals. If you are interested in hiring (or acquiring) this kit please contact Martin Stone at SPORTident UK.

With great thanks from the Mourne MM Committee – Jim Brown, Terry McQueen, Mark Pruzina, Kerry Hall, Frank Morgan, Gareth McKeown and Paddy Mallon.
